Family Values, Quality Products

At the heart of our business is a commitment to family, community, and quality. As a mother to three wonderful daughters, Casey founded 4 The Girls Farm to help provide for her family and contribute to the local community. Our operation has grown over 300 times since its inception, a testament to the hard work, passion, and dedication invested in every facet of our farm.

Sustainability and Ethical Practices

We proudly embrace sustainable farming and ethical animal husbandry. At 4 The Girls Farm, we prioritize the well-being of our animals, the health of the land, and the satisfaction of our customers. Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond our products, extending into the heart of our community as we strive to make a positive impact on the environment and support local economies.

  • Casey Schneider - Owner

Raised on a farm in Parkton, Maryland, Casey Schneider has always had a deep connection to agriculture. From an early age, she was actively involved in 4-H, where she honed her skills in showing beef, lambs, and swine. This hands-on experience nurtured her passion for farming and laid the foundation for what would eventually become 4 The Girls Farm. As the proud owner, Casey brings a lifetime of knowledge, dedication, and a commitment to sustainable farming practices, ensuring that her farm thrives and continues to be a leader in the community.

  • Garrett Schneider

Garrett Schneider has agriculture in his blood, having grown up surrounded by farming and 4-H, where he gained valuable experience showing dairy cows. This early exposure instilled in him a deep understanding of animal husbandry and farm operations. At 4 The Girls Farm, Garrett is the go-to expert for equipment building projects, feeding routines, and overall farm maintenance. Beyond his work on the farm, Garrett is also an owner at Mays Farming in Upperco, MD, where he applies his expertise in dairy management while playing a significant role in the grain farming operations, ensuring that every aspect of the farm runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Jax

Jax is still in training, but he and Marlee are already a great team, keeping an eye on the chicken barn to watch for predators. Jax’s favorite thing to do is swim in his pool every afternoon during watering time.

  • Marlee

Marlee is a sharp and attentive farm dog who has been on high alert for predators since she was just 4 months old. She loves spending time with kids whenever she gets the chance and can often be found splashing around in the water. Marlee's quick learning and playful nature make her an important part of the farm's daily life.
